By accessing our website or booking a consultation, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part, please do not use our services.
1. Services Provided
Healthy DAF provides personalized clinical nutrition counselling, diet planning, and wellness coaching services. Our services are intended to complement — not replace — medical advice from a licensed physician.
- We do not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.
- Always consult your doctor before making significant changes to your diet, especially if you have a pre-existing medical condition.
- Our nutritionist holds the certifications listed on the website and operates within the scope of a registered clinical nutritionist and dietitian.
2. Appointments and Cancellations
- Consultations are booked via Calendly. Please arrive/join on time for your scheduled session.
- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule without charge.
- Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged for the missed session at our discretion.
- We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to emergencies, with prior notice to the client.
3. Payment Terms
- All consultation fees are communicated before booking confirmation.
- Payment is due before or at the time of the first session unless otherwise agreed.
- Diet plan packages are non-refundable once the plan has been delivered.
- Refunds for unused consultation sessions (in a package) may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
4. Confidentiality
All personal health information shared during consultations is strictly confidential and will not be disclosed to any third party without your explicit consent, except where required by law.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, blog articles, diet templates, images, and logos — is the intellectual property of Healthy DAF. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written permission.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our services are provided "as is" without any warranty of any kind. While we strive for the best outcomes, individual results from nutrition interventions may vary based on factors unique to each person including lifestyle, medical history, and adherence to the plan.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Healthy DAF shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or any reliance on information provided on this website.
